Grief Coaching
One of the most frequent things I hear from my clients is "I had no idea I was going to feel this way, hurt this deeply or feel so overwhelmed, so numb." If you are grieving, feeling overwhelmed, stuck or unsure of how to process dealing with the difficult emotions surrounding your loss, please reach out. I would love to share how the coaching process can support your path of navigating grief from processing difficult emotions and honoring your loss to rebuilding your life.

CREATIVE EXPLORATION SERIES
Quiet the mind and allow yourself to follow your intuition in this series of hands on creative projects. Experience the effects of engaging in the Creative Process as it guides you to new insights, perspectives and heightened awareness. Shape your feelings using clay. Connect to your innermost self as you listen to the sound of a paint filled brush as it rides over a canvas. Feel the vibration in your feet as you dance, in your hands as you drum.
Explore deep emotions while in the supportive structure of creativity so that you may better move through them in real life situations. Each activity focuses on key elements such as self identity, expression, vulnerability, balance, courage and resilience. Build and strengthen communication and problem solving skills by engaging with different creative mediums as a means of voicing your perspectives, views and thoughts.
In Person or Self Study




THOUGHTFUL WALKS
Thoughtful Walks is a weekly active meditation with the intention on getting you outside and physically active while also asking you to engage in quiet contemplation with a particular quote or thought for at least thirty minutes.
Choose a place where you feel inspired and can quietly reflect. You can walk alone, with a friend, or even a group. If you are walking with others, remain quiet for the entire time. Agree to staying after the walk to share people's thoughts and insights in a robust discussion. If you decide to walk solo, keep a written or visual journal of points of awareness.
